Consultation and Design Development »

At Wendover Consulting, we bring a fresh and energetic approach to each project. We view ourselves as partners in the process of developing the art program, not merely vendors. We will meet with you to discuss your vision for the art program, review the floorplans and elevations of the space, and all of the project parameters such as your budget and your timeline. Our consultants are dedicated to not only finding the perfect imagery for the space, but also making sure this imagery is appropriate to the budget and installation date. We are available to offer as much assistance in the design development phase as needed. Our consultants have the design background to be able to suggest artwork locations and sizes if not already noted on the plans, the experience to suggest budget allocations per line item, and the knowledge to make well-informed suggestions as to specialized displays and installation options.

Artwork Selection and Acquisition »

Once the artwork concept and project parameters have been fully developed with the team, Wendover Consulting will begin the process of finalizing the artwork, sculpture, and accessory selections. Our consultants draw upon their creativity and extensive resource database to select the artwork for each location. Our art resource department can assist in finding unique pieces for a property, whether they are local or international. Focusing on the details that matter, our consultants also individually design the mat and framing for each piece in the art program. For each project, we produce a detailed set of artwork specifications for the client’s review and approval. Once the specifications have been approved, Wendover Consulting will handle all of the details of the procurement process, including carefully documenting any copyright licensing needed. We work closely with our artists to commission specialized pieces as needed for projects. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and communication in this multi-step process so that there are no surprises upon completion of the project.

Manufacturing »

Wendover Consulting is able to utilize our extensive framing, printing, and warehousing facility in Clearwater, Florida to provide clients with complete servicing of their project in-house. By using our own resources, we are best able to control the quality of the final product, the turn-around time for each order, as well as to offer each piece for the best value available in the industry. We have the capabilities to handle the production of large guestroom orders as well as unique, individual pieces for public areas or collections. Each piece of artwork is created with care and quality construction, meeting or exceeding clients’ specifications. We inspect every piece of artwork prior to its being packed for shipment to ensure 100% quality satisfaction. Each piece is then professionally packed in our factory for safe shipment and on-time delivery.

Delivery and Installation »

We understand the demands of commercial installations of all types and pride ourselves on our history of 99% on-time delivery. From packing to delivery, Wendover Consulting focuses on all of the details which enable the artwork installation to go smoothly at the jobsite. Our logistics department will arrange for the best possible shipping method and carrier to transport the entire art program to the jobsite safely and efficiently. Our art consultants are happy to travel to major installations to assist with the installation process. We are also proud to offer our own trained installers for both large and small projects if needed. We see the process through from inception to completion, making sure we exceed our clients’ expectations all along the way.
